1. What types of products do you sell?

2. Are the products handmade?
Some of our items are handcrafted or produced in small, limited editions . Each product page specifies whether the item is handmade, locally crafted, or mass-produced.
3. How can I place an order?
It's simple:

Click on “Confirm my order”, then follow the secure payment steps.

A confirmation will be sent to you by email once the order has been validated.
4. What are the delivery times?
Timeframes vary depending on where you live:

Metropolitan France : 3 to 7 working days

European Union : 5 to 10 working days

Rest of the world : 7 to 15 working days
An email containing a tracking number will be sent to you upon shipment.

7. Can I modify or cancel my order?

You have 30 days after receipt to return an item to us if it does not suit you.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging.

9. What should I do if my package is damaged or lost?
Contact us immediately by email with a photo of the package or your order number. We will find a solution together (return, refund, etc.).
10. Can I give your products as gifts?
Absolutely! You can specify a different delivery address to send a product directly to a loved one.
We also offer gift wrapping (option available in the basket).
